Are violations of the Rules of Court within a state, specifically as to issuances of "Notices of Infraction", classed as failure of due process? I beleive this would be failure of procedural due process. Any comments? For the record this is Washington State but equal validity must be given to the rulings of other states. Warren N. Shadwick
