I have a question for the legal eagles on the net ...

Are violations of the Rules of Court within a state, specifically as
to issuances of "Notices of Infraction", classed as failure of due
process?  I beleive this would be failure of procedural due process.

Any comments?

For the record this is Washington State but equal validity must be
given to the rulings of other states.
