rmail re-routing (as I have experienced it) is somewhat of a pain because:
1) There is no central name registry (at least not with teeth).
2) I find that when sending a message to someone two or more hops away
   it is a essential to 'cc' that message to yourself, vis.

	   To: hop1!hop2!hop3!hop4!someone
	   Cc: hop1!hop2!hop3!hop4!hop3!hop2!hop1!fortune!norskog

   so that I know whether it got through.  'Rmail rerouting' foils this
   and I can get the loopback message with this path: 
	   'hop1!hop2!hop1!fortune!norskog'

   AND I DON'T KNOW IF 'someone' GOT MY MAIL!
