Before anyone spends too many CPU cycles on 
	 2 	   2
	x   - 961 y  = 1
they should notice that 961 is a perfect square.
	 2	   2
	x   > (31y)
	 2	       2
	x   < (31y + 1)
Which implies that x and y are integers satisfying:
	31y < x < 31y +1    
so there is no solution.
