I am looking for some information (references or anecdotal material)
about macular (retinal) degeneration.  This has responded well in some
cases to treatment with vitamin E and selenium.  In particular, are the
d-l, d-alpha or mixed tocopherols more effective, and what is the
effective dosage and E/Se ratio?
