I know enough to know that swimming and bicycling are good and that I'll never be a runner, but I'm a skier, and I'd like to discuss various weight training possibilities, and the use of braces/supports with an expert. My surgeon doesn't live around here, and basically says dont use support, do any weightlifting you can. If anyone either has similar experiences or knows a great orthopedic, please reply.
