She is currently taking an ampthetamine which controls reasonably the cataplexy but does little or nothing for her constant sleeping urges. Her activities lately have been severely curtailed owing to two automobile accidents she's experienced while falling asleep at the wheel. Many thanks, in advance, to anyone out there who can give me some information on how to more effectively control this cripling maladie or, better yet, on how to rid her of it entirely.
