The model 100 uses rare and valuable 8K*8 CMOS static ram chips
that have not made there way to the "hobbiest market" yet.  You
may be able to pick them up at a real electronics distributer for
"only" about $40 each if you have connections or order large
quantities.  If you have good connections, you might try to
get a couple of "free samples"...
