If you really want a semi-horizontal display, then all you need is a little carpentry. Basically, get a terminal with a detached keyboard and mount the monitor section in the recessed portion of a specially constructed terminal desk. Do with the keyboard what you wish. It's hard for me to describe these things totally, but I do recall that they were quite the rage at IBM-Poughkeepsie when I was there 2 summers ago. For most people, it was a one-day project.
