Software Support (I have plugged them before) in Framingham, MA advertises in most of the CoCo magazines like Rainbow, Hot CoCo, and Color Computer. They are a fast, efficient mail order service familiar with CoCos. Some of the (potential) advantages of a non-R/S drive are: better reliability higher step rate more tracks (40 vs 35) double sided operation These last three require changes to the OS9 disk driver and/or descriptor, but these changes are commonly available now for the CoCo.
