A friend recently pointed out a problem that comes with the COCO OS9 system,
and which I had fixed as a matter of course without reporting.  The file
/D0/SYS/ERRMSG is not publicly readable, which means that PRINTERR will not
print the full error message if you are signed on as other than superuser.
The fix, of course, is to change the file permissions with ATTR.
