It appears that the only way (right now) to get the Quickdraw Manual is to
get the Macintosh documentation manual called Inside Macintosh. This is the
$150 800 page magnum opus that has been previously mentioned in this
news group. For an extra $100 you get the next update of the manual as well
as development software and updates to that software for a year. I don't have
$250, but for those who do:

Hopefully we'll see a separate Quickdraw manual or (hint, hint) someone will
share goodies from the Inside Macintosh documentation with us.

Any more information on the C compiler? I have heard conflicting noise on both
developers and release dates. It will be nice to get away from Basic.
