I am just starting to work with Turbo-Pascal. Maybe someone can help me with
several questions.

1. How can I direct output to the console to also go to the printer?

2. Is there a way to set the default drive (at start up time) to a drive
other than A:? That is not have to give the  L command followed by b, but
let the system start up with B: as default or logged drive?

3. Also at start-up time is there a way to avoid given the Y for the explicit
message OVLY to be loaded. That is make it the default?
