My local computer outlet informs me that Atari will release
the 1450XL after all.  Also on tap is a Laser disc based
machine for which I have few details.  Can you imagine how
much software you can get on a laser disc!

The same source also reports that shipment of Commodore 64
products has dried up.  Could the wolf be at Commodore's
door now?
