I am posting to net.sources yet another terminal emulator. This one does
a 70% imitation of a Televideo 920c and works with vi and the tvi termcap.
It uses the interrupt routines posted to net sources a few months ago by
R.F.Starr.
	The thing is written in C for use with the CI compiler.
