This was a dog of a movie.  The acting was rather good; but the 
plot line was terrible.  There was no cohesive theme... just a 
bunch of not-so-funny jokes strung together.  The jingoism did
jar a bit, but I could have overlooked that if the there had been
some plot developement.

The scene where he and his girlfriend were getting it on in the
bathtub while reciting the bill of rights was truly bizarre.
Perhaps this was intended to espouse "The right to gratification".

Summary - Incredibly bad movie that you shouldn't pay to see, and
should think twice about if you get to see it gratis.
