    Well Boston is in to big problems these days.  About a month ago they
  released what was to be their smash single from their *new album*.
  (You know...the one they've been workin on for the past three years!)
  The song was called "Amanda" and it sounded just like everything
  else Boston ever did.

   Well when they released the single Epic records said "Ok guys...let's
   get the album out ok??" Well Mr. Scholtz and company didn't want to
   let it go because they weren't quite happy with it yet.  Epic responded
   by calling their lawyers and turning the legal dogs loose!! The two sides
   are in the midst of a lawsuit for (hold your breath now) 20 Million (that's
   right million) bucks!! They want the third album from the contract and
   they want it bad.


       Nobody knows what will happen next but the album is definitely on
       hold for now.
