Judging from the number of people who were offended by Mikey Ellis'
discourse on the merits of Punk vs New Wave, I don't think I need to
say any more.   However as the originator of the Punk vs New Wave
article that Mikey took exception to, I would like to inform everyone
that a carefully worded position paper to defend myself has been
mailed directly to Mr Ellis.   The language of this paper is so
suitably foul that I will spare net readers of the specifics.   If
anyone is interested in the exact contents, I would be glad to
forward a copy.
