Lines: 16 the album you are referring to is called "The Cheerful Insanity of Giles, Giles, and Fripp". It is put out on Deram records, and it is being reissued by Deram (I believe). I saw it an a record store in the Washington DC area. I have a copy of it and it is teriffic. Really hilarious stuff.
