"Thriller" is the biggest seller at > 31 million copies.

"Dark Side of the Moon" has had the longest consecutive run on the pop
album charts (over 11 years) and it is still on the charts.

It's highly unlikely that Michael Jackson's album will sell that
consistently for 11 years.   The success of MJ can be compared to that
of the Bee Gees ... something that only happens once because the
conditions are right for it but has no bearing after a few years.
