  Duke will go down Friday evening (3/2) for installation of a new
power transformer in the building (last time it was cancelled), return
to the airwaves briefly on Monday, then go back down again Tuesday
morning (3/6) for disk controller replacement. Since mcnc has assumed
most of the USENET backbone responsibilities, impact on the net should
be minimal. Adios.
