ubc-vision isn't the only site cutting back on news for budget
reasons.  Our phone bills to waterloo cost over $400 a month, and
the budget won't stand it much longer.  We are going to take
a very limited selection of technically oriented groups only,
and a few essentials such as net.news.all and net.annouce.
We don't feed anyone else though, so the impact on others will
be mild.
    this course is regretted but inevitable, unless someone would like
to call us.  Any offers?
