We have no traffic for such a group. Wait until a need appears.
After a brief flurry (which found groups somewhere to invade) of
"initial reactions" messages wound down, all traffic (that I've seen)
died out. Until (and unless) programming languages become available,
and serious work is being done by a body of users, we won't see more.
I would love to *read* such a group, but we shouldn't create it until
we have the traffic to justify it.
