Kudos to whomever thought-up and put in the message from 
K. Chernenko.  I enjoyed it greatly:  if it weren't for the date,
the name, and the "kgbvax", I probably would have fallen for it
completely.  As it was, it had me going for a few minutes.

I'm guessing that it was done by someone who has some connection
with running the UUCP system.  If not (or even, if so), I'd
appreciate your sending a description of how it was done.  No names
required.
