Mr. Wheeler has pointed out the shortcomings of the average political analyst--a lack of knowledge of the workings of our government. More of us should spend the time to study the Constitution and it's background. It would help to convince us there is something we can do about big government, high taxes, inflation and unemployment. (Funny thing is that those are the very problems that the Constitution was written to solve.) It would also help us to talk more clearly about cause and effect in government.
