Right now the unemployment statistics happen to be computed under a Republican administration-- does that make them any less valid? No. Mr. Wheeler has never heard any Democrats claiming such statistics were just "claptrap from a Republican administration." Mr. Wheeler should give the same respect to similar statistics which show the bad effects of Reagan policies.
