A friend of mine is moving to Boston and will be working "downtown."
I volunteered to use this wonderful network that we have to get
some ideas on:
   - what areas of Boston and vicinity are good candidates 
     for apartment hunting?
   - what does Boston have for bicycle clubs?
   - and what for ski clubs (alpine and nordic)?
