Remember, not only the Bible speaks of Jesus. During the first century A.D. or thereabouts, there lived a Jewish historian whose Romanized name was Flavius Josephus. Alas, I have not read his writings; but I recall seeing quotes from them, or at least references to them, wherein it was indicated that Josephus also wrote about Jesus, in a rather dry, historical manner, without religious overtones.
