Perhaps a year or two, maybe three. If you are concerned, I would recommend looking it up and reading it. One of the more interesting results was that certain orange sodas were being spiked with caffein. They pointed out that subjects in medical experiments showed increased mental agility after the equivalent of one cup of coffee (or maybe two). There is a definite hype up with caffein.
