Wierd things happen at LAX.

I spent last weekend in Smogville South visiting my brother at UCLA,
and while I was quietly waiting for my plane back to Oakland Airport,
a young lady come up to me and asked if I would look at some book covers
and give her my impressions. I consented, and she showed me covers for a
book titled `Mission Earth' by your favorite scientologist and mine,
L. Ron Hubbard.

All of the covers were variations on the theme of the Earth as the
center of a dart board target, with a dart/phoenix bird/spaceship like
thing racing toward the bullseye.  One of the covers had some blurred
reference to the Battlefield Earth Series.  I suppose we can expect to
see this in the next couple of months...
