Another traditional ritual may be related to spring fever: spring housecleaning. I fell victim to this last Saturday. It was a great day to open up the apartment, enjoy the gentle breeze, and clean up the place. The pace of this cleaning seemed to go well with spring fever. The tasks done were of extremely short term, requiring minimal mental work. When I got tired of doing something, I stopped, watched listened to the stereo and dug the day for a while, then when I became restless, I got up and cleaned something else. At the end of the day, I was fairly satisfied with what I had done, and had managed to harness the spring fever into useful work. Gene, your place isn't in half as bad a shape as mine was, so you may only meet with limited success. Happy Housecleaning, -- Brent Laminack (akgua!itm!brent)
