Regarding Greg's comments on older women, I most heartily agree.  They are
more secure in themselves (sexually, socially and professionally) then women
in their 20's by far.  Just like men in that age group tend to be more mature,
generally, than we men in our late 20's and early 30's.  Older MOTOTS are past
the age where they feel they have to prove themselves all the time, in all ways.
This makes them more accepting, and from our perspective, easier to get along
with.  Also, because they are removed from us by age, they do not feel that
they are competitors with us, which helps relieve tension.

Let's hear it for dating older MOTOS!
