Can I have m4?_________________________________________________________________

	Is the m4 preprocessor in the public domain?  If so, could somebody
either post it here or send me the sources?  I'd like to get it running on
the VAX (running VMS).
	I doubt anyone has a VMS version; not to worry, I can convert almost
anything!
	(As long as it's in C...)
