Anyone considering TiTroff should also look at the Documenter's
Workbench, whcih includes a working APS-5 interpreter (but not a
202 or C/A/T version).  The TiTroff C/A/T interpreter is supposed
to be not very good for production use since it doesn't optimize
the order of placement of characters the way "otroff" does.  The
Documenter's workbench includes "otroff" just for C/A/T support...
