Many thanks to those who pointed me to the source for the theme music
for "Market to Market". It was the Nitty Gritty Dirt Band, and it turned
out I had the album. The song is "Buy For Me The Rain", written by S. Noonan
and G. Copeland, Nina Music. It is on what I think is the Dirt Band's first
album, titled just THE NITTY GRITTY DIRT BAND, Liberty LRP-3501 (mono) or
LST-7501 (stereo). No date anywhere on the album or disc. It's also on
at least one other Dirt Band album.
