I don't think that the delay in applications under the old FCC rules had anything to do with it. If that's all that was involved, KNXT-TV would have filed the application twenty or more years ago and would have long since gotten the change approved. Can someone in the SF Bay area fill us in on the status of KCBS-AM? Did they change affiliations or formats? Any information would be appreciated. --Lauren--
