Well much to my disappointment, no one even tried to answer my little
trivia question as to "Who played Captain Nice, an actor that went on
to starring roles on Broadway, the movies and is currently featured on
two popular tv shows."  The answer is (an onion roll, er drum roll please)
William Daniels!  Bill has since been seen as John Adams in both the play
and movie versions of "1776" and can currently be seen as Dr. Someoneoranother
on St Elsewhere and heard as the voice of Kitt the wonder car on Knight Krider.
