Subject: Pert charts

	Has anyone out there written *any* sort of pert chart program?
Preferably with reasonable graphics output (like to plot filters...)

	FYI: for those who haven't used them, pert charts are a way of
evaluating projects for resource and personnel needs. Useful for large
systems development projects.
