For a cross-translator(which generates ANSI Fortran as its output) for a VAX running VMS try the LBL/Hughes Software Tools package available through either DECUS (VAX SIG symposia tapes) or: Software Tools Users Group 1259 El Camino Real #242 Menlo Park, CA 94025 The generated code should be usable with any 8086 Fortran compiler.
