Make the password the first letters of the words of a sentence.

    tbontb      - To Be Or Not To Be
    tbgwnmhgb   - To Boldly Go Where No Man Has Gone Before
    twssfmoglfm - That's One Small Step For (a) Man One Giant Leap For Mankind

This also has the advantage that people can't remember the password
even if they see you type it.
