My office-mate has a PC with a C compiler and he has several fair sized
Fortran programs that he would like to convert to C.  We realize that
this can be done by hand but the task would be much easier if a Fortran
to C conversion program were available.  Does anyone know of such a
converter and if so how could we get our mitts on a copy.
