As far as I know, a signed release MUST be obtained from you  be-
fore  the  commercial  publication,  release, or broadcast of any
recognizable likeness.  It need not be obtained before filming or
taping,  but  before its use.  Public figures and people involved
in news events are exempted.  If you go to see the queen arriving
at  the  airport  and  a  news crew tapes you, they do not need a
release to use your likeness.   Most  camera  shops  should  have
books on legal issues in photography.
