I have a two bedroom, 1.5 bath condominium for sale.  It is located by
Fox Valley Mall and is a 15 to 20 minute drive from Indian Hill.
All appliances are included (refrigerator, gas range, dish washer, washer/dryer)
It is selling for 47,000 and has a 12.5% fixed rate assumable mortage.
the down payment is only $2,400 dollars and there are no additional closing
