     Try the Psychology Department of the University of Illinois
at Urbana-Champaign.  They have very strong programs in both clinical
and biological psychology (other programs such as personality or
socail are good too).  You might have to work hard, but as long as you
are making adequate progress toward your degree, they guarantee
financial support.
