One of my UNIX users here at the ITT Advanced Technology Center wants
a reliable mail connection to the ARPANET from ittvax via uucp.  Basically,
we would like to connect directly to a gateway machine (for a price).

We are not ARPA contractors so this request may be unreasonable (but I have
to ask!).  Any information will be appreciated.
