I'm looking for a public domain version of the UNIX packet driver.  That
is the driver that came out under V7 giving you pkopen, pkread, pkwrite....
  There is a version of it in the uucp system which looks at one stage
as if it was part of the kernel version.

Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.
