Hi,
	Does anyone have available a set of C routines to read in,
modify and export TERMCAP entries ? The intended use is in a
primitive windowing system which must notify screen editors and the
like of the window they are allowed to use by passing them a modified
$TERMCAP.
	Any other ideas on how to achieve the same goals ?
