    Bock (aka Boc) is a seasonal beer, brewed
for one of the religious holidays (easter?)
when people are supposed to swear off meat
consumption for (about) a month. The goat on
the label symbolizes the meat. The beer is
brewed for high protein content. There are
european boc's, but I can't off the top of my
head remember any particular breweries.
