Excuse me for being naive, but there's an utterly alien phrase in this - perhaps there's a peculiar regional meaning attributed to "...when there is no beer available..." This combination of words simply doesn't represent a meaningful concept in our part of the country. Was it perhaps a reference to a horror film that I missed? (In fact, the first time I tried to post this article, poor ol' opus crashed right out from under me--honest!
