It's about the same as the last one. I bought the four tapes of "News from Lake Wobegon" in the butter-box. I'd heard most of the reports before, but they are timeless as ever. I also bought the Greg Brown album "The Iowa Waltz". The content is great, but the recording quality is lousy. Be forewarned. I've only been visiting Wobegon a couple of years, and I'm still not clear on a couple of thing: The bad blood between the Krebsbocks and the Tollerudes, didn't that start over some land deal? What is the relation between Pastor Inquivst (you remember, "wrong-way Inquivst"?) and old Yalmer Inquivst: the president of First Inquivst State Bank. I know Yalmer must be well-off as he's the only man in town with a real brick house. Since the Inquivsts are well-to-do, what made one of them become a Lutherian pastor, especially in Wobegon? Or is this one of those things people just don't talk too much about? See you at the Fearmonger's Shoppe, -- Brent Laminack (akgua!itm!brent)
