I cannot remember his name either, but I do remember him being on PHC
a couple of years ago.  I was living in the Bay Area (Northern CA) then
and was mowing my lawn in late February or early March and St. Paul
had been getting a late winter storm.  Anyway, this fellow was on
"reading the school closings."  His delivery was very dry and flat,
but he was incredibly funny.  He as been on several times since
reading some things from HTTAT.
